How SendRounds Makes Money

SendRounds earns commissions when you click a "Buy" link on our site and make a purchase at a retailer. This is called an affiliate commission. The retailer pays us a small percentage of the sale — it does not increase the price you pay.

What This Means For You

• Your price does not change. Affiliate commissions come from the retailer's margin, not your wallet. The price you see on SendRounds is the same price you'd see going directly to the retailer.
• We do not rank by commission. Products are sorted by price per round, true cost, or other data-driven criteria. A retailer paying us a higher commission does not move their products up in our results.
• We show all qualifying products equally. There are no "sponsored" or "featured" placements mixed with organic results. If we ever introduce sponsored listings, they will be clearly and separately labeled.

How Affiliate Links Work

When you click a "Buy at [Retailer]" button on SendRounds, we redirect you through a tracked affiliate link. This tells the retailer that SendRounds referred you. If you make a purchase during that session (usually within 7-30 days, depending on the retailer), we earn a small commission — typically 2-5% of the purchase amount.

This tracking is done via cookies set by the retailer's affiliate network. We do not see your personal information, purchase details, or payment information. We only know that a referred click resulted in a sale.

Why We Disclose This

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that websites disclose material connections with the products or services they recommend. Our affiliate relationships are a material connection. We believe in full transparency — you should know exactly how we make money.

• We will never let affiliate commissions influence product rankings
• We will always show the actual price, including shipping and hazmat fees
• We will clearly label any sponsored content if and when it exists
• We will continue to show products from retailers whether or not they have an affiliate program with us
