How the benchmarks work
Benchmarks are based on real retail transaction prices from r/gundeals — what people actually paid, not MSRP. Three tiers:
- Good deal — at or below current market average. Reasonable to buy.
- Fair — above average but not unusual. Consider waiting if you're not in a hurry.
- High — noticeably above market rate. Worth shopping around before buying.
